THE VOLUNTEERS.
The second match of the Dunedin Rifle Club took place on Saturday, and proved a great success. Notwithstanding the strong S.W. wind blowing stiaight across both ranges, the shooting was remarkably good. The conditions were 200, 400, and 500 yards, five shots at each ; standing at 200 yards, kneeling at 400 yards, any position at 500 yards. The ten highest in total score and pours given are the prize takers. They are as follows : —
