OTAGO ROADS BILL.
On the motion of Mr REID, the House went into Committee on this Bill. Amendments were moved by Dr WEBSTER on the first four sections. The sections, as far as the thirty-ninth, were agreed to as read ; progress was afterwards reported, and leave obtained to sit again.
