TAIERI FERRY. npilE present Lessee, intending to retire -H- from the conduct of the above Ferry, isj desirous of meeting with a suitable party, to whom (under sanction of the Provincial' Government of Otago) he would be willing to transfer the remainder of his LEASE, together with all buildings and other improvements belonging to him. The above announcement is well worth the attention of an active couple, possesaed of sufficient means to carry on the business of the Ferry, Public Inn, and Stables attached thereto ; for, if well conducted, the daily increasing traffic presents an opening unrivalled in the Province for realising a handsome competency in a few years. The sole reason for parting with the Ferry and Inn is that the other avocations of the present occupant preclude him from devoting that personal attention to it so essential to such an undertaking.
