XTIJS Honor the Superintendent has -*"■- been pleased to direct it to be notified that he has appointed William Henry Cutten, Esquire, to be Treasurer of the Waste Land Board of the Province of Otago, and to receive all monies arising from the sale, letting, disposal, and occupation of Crown Lands in said Province, provisionally, until other provisions be made by law in that behalf.
