ELECTRICAL DEMAND.
HOW THE CURRENT IS USED. FURTHER RADIO CONNECTIONS. The analysis of the connected load of the Horowhenua Power Board to September Sth, 1931, was submitted by the Engineer (Mr J. A. Smith) at. the meeting of the Board Tuesday. It showed the" following position:—
*Bcpresenting 57!) sheds. In liis report on the past .mouth, the Kngineer stated that 15 applications had been received from new consumers and 34 applications for extensions to existing installations, included in. which figures were 2 ranges, 9 waterJieaters, 10 milking, 10 separator, 1 shearing and 2 pumping motors, and 1 30 h.p. industrial motor. Nineteen new consumers and 31 extensions had been connected, including 2 ranges, i* water-heaters, 24 milking and separator motors -(representing 10 sheds) and 23 points for radio sets—an increase of 81.81 k.-w.
