Avoid this Drastic Alternative ! AND —--Switch off Lights in halls, passages and rooms when not occupied. ——Don’t run electric radiators continuously; 30 minute* on. 15 minutes off would help a lot. Turn oft shed water heaters during the “off season.” Turn off household waterheaters between the hours of 4.30 p ; m. and 6 p.m. and flrom 10 p.m. until 6 a.m. every other day.
