OHINEMURI LICENSING DISTRICT. NOTICE OF POLLING DAY. IN pursuance of "The Alcohplic Liquors Sale Control Act, 1893," with its amendments, and "The Electoral Act, 1902."I, FREDERICK DUN CAN FERGUSON, Returning Officertor the Licensing Dintrict of. j Ohinemuri, do hereby give notice that an election will be held for the return of FIVE qualified persons-to serve as members of the Licensing Committee ■ for the. said district; and that the latest day for receiving nominations will-be TUESDAY, the TWENTYFOURTH BAY OF MARCH, 1903 ; and that the Poll, if necessary, will be taken at the several polling places of the said district, on TUESDAY, the THIRTY-FIRST DAY: OF MAKCH, 1903. Every porson desirous of becoming a candidate must be qualified under.
