IN pursuance of "The Alcohplic Liquors Sale Control Act, 1893," with its amendments, and "The Electoral Act, 1902."I, FREDERICK DUN CAN FERGUSON, Returning Officertor the Licensing Dintrict of. j Ohinemuri, do hereby give notice that an election will be held for the return of FIVE qualified persons-to serve as members of the Licensing Committee ■ for the. said district; and that the latest day for receiving nominations will-be TUESDAY, the TWENTYFOURTH BAY OF MARCH, 1903 ; and that the Poll, if necessary, will be taken at the several polling places of the said district, on TUESDAY, the THIRTY-FIRST DAY: OF MAKCH, 1903. Every porson desirous of becoming a candidate must be qualified under.
