Rec. 11 p.m. TOKIO, Dec. 14. General MacArthur announced today the award of, the Distinguished Service Order to Lieutenant-colonel Andrew M. Man, commander of the Ist Battalion, Middlesex Regiment, and Lieutenant-colonel George Leslie Neil-', son, commander of : the Ist Battalion, Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders, in recognition of their services in Korea.
