ANGLING CONDITIONS
Provided the weather conditions hold, anglers in North Otago can look forward to another enjoyable week-end on the rivers. The Waitaki and its tributaries are all clear and in good order. Some fine sport was obtained recently by local anglers fishing that river. The Kakanui, although still in need of a fresh, still holds the interest of the fly fishermen, and some good fish are being taken.
