ANGLING COMPETITION
The Conical Hill Anglers Club Held a competition on the Pomahaka recently for a gold medal presented to the club by the society. Good entries were received but a gustv wind made casting difficult Results were. T. Black, 20 fish (161 b 9oz) 1; VV Divers. 5 fish (31b 4ozi. 2: J McLean, 2 fish <2lb lOoz), 3. The prize for the heaviest fish went to J. McLean. 11b Boz.
