Grease tin and pat crumbs on to bottom and sides, saving those left over for top of cake. Start oven 250° F or slow. Sieve CHESDALE Cheese to break it up. Beat egg whites until stiff, then grad-i ually beat in remaining sugar. Mix egg whites Into cheese batter with a gentle hand. Pour into tin, cover with crumbs and bake I £ hours.
