Concert At Pleasant Valley Sanatorium

The Bright Entertainers, under the direction of Mr Gordon Henderson, recently gave a variety concert to the patients at Pleasant Valley Sanatorium. The programme consisted of songs by Noel Tasker, Gordon Henderson, Audrey Yates, Dora Pettitt and Nina Henderson, elocutionary items by Nola Sutherland, piano-accordion and musical saw numbers by Dick Raper, violin solos by Bob Pettitt, tap dancing by Betty Fletcher and Loretta Barr, magic by Paul Reno, juggling by Elmo and sketches and opening and closing choruses by members of the party. Mrs W. S. Barkman was the accompanist. Dr Ellis expressed thanks to the entertainers on behalf of the patients.
