Saturday was the twenty-first anniversary of the annual match between the North Otago and South Canterbury Bowling Centres for the Murray Bowl. South Canterburv had won the trophy 11 times and North Otago 10. The match was played at Timaru, and was won. by North Otago by 190 points to 184. Results (North Otago names first):— Keen 25.
