Success is assured because the Fether-Flake way is the easy way Here's how:— Fruit Mince: lib raisins; 1 cup sultanas: little lemon peel (if liked); about i teacup orange juice: J teacup brown sugar; some spice and cinnamon mixed in with the sugar Mix all together, add a little butter, put in double saucepan, stir and simmer for about 20 minutes. Leave to cool . Roll Fether-Flake fairly thin and line sponge roll tin. Spread fruit mince over Fether-Flake and grate a raw apple on top. Put another layer of FetherFlake on top. Bake in the oven.
