ONE WAY TRAFFIC
Sir,—Last year 10.000 soldiers plus 24 generals deserted from the Red Army to the democratic zones. One of the latest is Lieutenant-general Tokayoff, chief of the Technical Aviation Department of Soviet Headquarters, Berlin. No one seems to want to go the other way.—l am, etc., Industrial Peace.
