OUTING FOR PRINCESS ELIZABETH

LONDON, Dec. 17. Princess Elizabeth had her first outing to-day since the birth of her son. She sat in the front seat of a saloon car driven by the Duke of Edinburgh. They drove to Clarence House, St. James’s Palace, which is now being altered and redecorated to become their official London residence. The Princess and the Duke spent more than an hour talking to the men in charge of the work.
