THIEVES LOOT POLICE EXHIBITS
NEW YORK, Oct. 15. Thieves looted police exhibits at the annual convention of the International Association of Chiefs of Police at the Hotel Pennsylvania. While 1000 police chiefs and delegates were attending a banquet, the thieves collected • 24 badges, ranking from policeman to captain, 100 dollars, a lens from a new type of camera, several white leather armbands, and pencils and pads from the finger-print exhibit.
