Plans Approved by Building Committee At a meeting of the Building Committee of the Oamaru R.S.A. and Bowling Club on Monday night, Mr E. W. Grenfell presented the proposed plans for the club rooms for both organisations. The plans were approved by the Building Committee and It was decided to submit them to the executives of the K.S.A. and Bowling . Club for their approval. A recommendation was passed to the R.S.A. executive and Bowling Club Committee authorising the Building Committee to call a meeting of the building trade as soon as the plans were approved, and it was agreed to publish the plans of the pavilion and club rooms for the information of members and the public. Mr I. T. Catto was appointed chairman. The representatives agreed that if the necessity should arise, any question of the allocation of the building costs should be determined by arbitrators appointed by both organisations.
