JEWISH VICTIMS OF HITLER’S PERSECUTION Rec. 8 p.m. LONDON. June 4. Mr Eric Turk, of Radlet, Hertfordshire, former director of the Consolidated Goldfields of New Zealand, who died on April 16, left an estate valued at £616,237. Mr Turk, after detailing numerous bequests, left the balance of the residue totalling several thousand pounds for the education or professional or business advancement of Jewish children, preferably from Germany, Austria, and Czechoslovakia, who were victims of Hitler’s persecution, or of conditions resulting from such persecution.
