INTERESTS EXTENDED TO SOUTH SEAS Daily Times Special Service
AUCKLAND, Nov. 1. An important extension of the activities of the Fletcher group of companies is ihe formation of Fletchers (South Seas), Ltd. The new company was incorporated at Apia, Western Samoa, on October 22, with an authorised capital of £20,000, and is a subsidiary of Fletcher Holdings. Ltd., Auckland. The principal object of the new company is building construction, says Mr J. C. Fletcher, managing director. "A considerable volume of work has been already secured, and the company will undertake major building projects throughout the Pacific Islands.
