Appointee needs to be unmarried, should have some experience in work with children, and possess good educational attainments. Position will provide an avenue of promotion to a position as Boys’ Welfare Officer, which eventually could lead to a salary of £685 pa. (New Scale) in senior positions, but appointee will be expected to remain at Hokio for at least two years.
