LEADER OF VIET NAMESE CALL FOR GREATER EFFORT Rec. 7 p.m.. PARIS. May 26. The French News Agency, quoting the Viet Nam radio, says Dr Ho Chi Minh, the Viet Nam president, answering the French demand that the Viet Namese lay down their arms before starting peace talks, called on the Viet Namese to fight still harder. “ Every citizen must become a guerrilla, and each village a fortress. Victory will then be ours,” said Dr Ho.
