REHABILITATION OF AXIS AMERICAN' ACTION URGED Rec. 10 p.m. NEW YORK, May 26. He said he favoured Congressional approved of the full 725,000,000 dollars requested as relief for Germany, Japan, and Korea in the next fiscal year.
