When the Question was considered last night Mr E. Kerr said to mhke a change was beyond the jurisdiction of the committee. The committee could discuss it and make recommendations, but could not take action. A motion that the proposal be held over was carried unanimously. Mr A. H. The Southland Union advised that July 19 was a suitable date, for the sub-unions’ game to be played in Dunedin, and asked permission for the Southland Sub-unions’ team to play South Otago and a Vincent-Maniototo team.—Granted. The Southland Union also wrote suggesting the date of the return match between Otago and Southland, September 13, for the junior representative match.—Agreed to. The following transfers were approved:—K. Waldron, Brighton to Kaikorai; J. W. Findlay, Heriot to Zingari; D W Carradus, Crescent (Kaitangata) to Aihambra; K. G.
