BUILDING RESEARCH

VISIT OF BRITISH EXPERT P.A. AUCKLAND, May 26. An eminent British scientist and engineer, Sir Reginald Edward Stradling, chief scientific adviser to the Ministry of Works, London, will arrive in New Zealand by air in August on a 10weeks’ visit to the Dominion. Sir Reginald, who is one of the foremost authorities in Britain on prefabricated housing, is wit on loan to the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research and the Ministry of Works to give advice on building research. He will also visit Australia before his return to the United Kingdom.
