NO GROUNDS FOR PILLAGING CHARGE P A. WELLINGTON, Mar.' 10. “I am satisfied that there are no grounds for statements that are sometimes made that food parcels for Britain are frequently pillaged,” stated the Postmaster-General, Mr Hackett, to-day. He said that if parcels reached British ports in pillaged condition the New Zealand Post Office was promptly informed. . Cases of inability to deliver parcels had been notified, in some cases due to the addressees having moved without leaving their new address, iri others because the addresses were illegible. He urged senders, to see that parcels were plainly addressed
