WELLINGTON, Mar.' 10. “I am satisfied that there are no grounds for statements that are sometimes made that food parcels for Britain are frequently pillaged,” stated the Postmaster-General, Mr Hackett, to-day. He said that if parcels reached British ports in pillaged condition the New Zealand Post Office was promptly informed. .
