TRADERS CONFUSED
PRICE CUTS IN FINLAND LONDON, Jan. 4. The Finnish Government has decided to make a 5 per cent, cut in the prices of all domestic and industrial goods, says Reuter's Helsinki correspondent. Business circles are so confused that many traders have closed their shops pending the clarification of the situation.
