AGREEMENT REACHED
USE OF FRENCH SHIPPING (Rec. 8 p.m.) LONDON, Jan. 3. The Minister of War Transport, Mr A. Barnes, and the French Transport Minister, M. Jules Moch, have signed an agreement settling outstanding questions concerning the British use of French merchant ships during the war for which Britain will credit the French Government with a total of £5,750,000.
