the Old course at St. Andrew's on October 10 with the captain of the club, R. H. Wethered. the former British amateur champion, as partner. A special request is being made t 6 spectators not to follow the general round the course. General Eisenhower has made a modest selection from his extensive array of oecorations and wears only a row and a-half of ribbons which his Scottish hosts are likely to be able to recognise.
