A Munich message reports that Frau. Goering applied to the United States zone authorities for permission to resume her normal profession as an actress because she was now 'entirely without means of support. The American News Service in Germany says Frau Jadl appealed to General Eisenhower and Field Marshal Montgomery to support her husband's request for clemency
