COMMUNITY CENTRE PROPOSALS ENDORSED BY SPORTS ASSOCIATION Whole-hearted support for Mr Nordmeyer's proposals for the provision of a central sports ground at Takaro Park, a community centre facing Severn street, and R.S.A. clubrooms and technical school in Thames street, was forthcoming at a meeting of the executive of the North Otago Sports Bodies’ Association on Wednesday night. There were also present at the meeting Mrs Wylie, Messrs R. M. Waller, E. Coker, C. Rawstorn, A. W. Marshall, R. B. Meek, and the secretary (Mr W. R. Laney).
