ARRIVAL FOR CHRISTMAS
(P.A.) WELLINGTON, Oct. 3. The improved Dido class cruiser H.M.N.Z.S. Bellona is due to leave Britain on October 24, and is expected to arrive at Auckland on December 15, said the Minister of Defence, Mr Jones, to-night. The Minister said the Bellona would leave from Portland, and would visit Bermuda, the Canal Zone, San Diego, Pearl Harbour, Fanning Island, and Suva en route.
