Nightchild, Rex Maitland, Prince Leighon, Ration, Legal Right, Rampage. Big Top, All Quality, Scotty McCabe, My Charm, Superlative, Wild Ribbon, Olga’s Choice, and Gunga Din. West Coast trainers will have John o’ London, Atrerjs, Pedantic, and Royal Torracing at Ricearton on Saturday. John Gay, who raced well on his trip to Trentham, is now at Ricearton, where he has been joined bv Brockic, another member of A. F„ Didham's Wingatui team. They arc engaged at Ricearton on Saturday. Beau Cheval is back in his old box at R. Wilson's stable. He is booked to run in the Midsummer Handicap, and he will remain here till arrangements can be made to ship him to Australia. G. Elliot brought Arctic Dawn in from a spc-ll this week, and he will be got ready for a steeplechasing campaign. The three-year-old False Play, by Card Sharper, has also been taken in hand, after resting since she had a race last August. R. E. Humphries did not bring Baffling back from Trentham, the Baffles gelding being sold. Erratum, a three-year-old by Wild Chase from Robbie’s Mistake, has been sent back to Stonyhurst Stud, after being gelded. He did not come up to expectations as a galloper, and in five starts this season he failed to show any form.
