PUBLICLY HANGED
(Rec. 8.15 p.m.) LONDON, Jan. 30. Moscow radio says that the 12 German officers and soldiers sentenced to death for war crimes in the Ukraine were .publicly hanged at Kiev in the presence of a large crowd.
