TREAT FOR ORPHANAGE CHILDREN

Dunedin Taxis, Ltd., has arranged, with the assistance of other local taxi proprietors, to bring children from all the orphanages to the city to enable them to take part in the procession this afternoon. Provision will be made for 177 children, drawn from the various orphanages as follows: —Glendining Home, Shiel Hill, 40; St. Mary’s Home and Anglican Boys’ Orphanage, Vauxhall, 18- St. Vincent de Paul Girls’ Orphanage Adelaide street, 40; St. Josephs Boys’ Orphanage, Waverley, 54; Kew Children’s Hospital, Forbury Corner, 25.
