MAJOR WAR CRIMINALS

PROCEDURE AT TRIALS DISCUSSION BY ALLIES (Rec. 0.15 a.m.) LONDON, June 26. British, American, Russian, and French representatives met to discuss the establishmnt of a tribunal for the trials of major war criminals and to decide the rules of procedure. The Press Association says no statement on the discussions is likely to be made for some days. The American proposal that major war criminals should be tried by an inter-Allied military tribunal will be considered.
