WOMEN’S CLUB

The literary and dramatic circle of the North Otago Women’s Club opened its activities for the year with the presentation of the amusing comedy. “ Call It a Day ” The presentation was under the direction of Miss Ballard, those taking part being Mesdames R. A. McDowell. R G Millen, W. Atkinson. 11. P. Kent. W J. Davies, Woodward, Wylie, Thomas, Howard Jones, Murray Reid, and Misses B. Butterfield, C. Copland. C. Lindsay, Harvey, and Will. A vote of thanks to the performers and the producer was proposed by Miss D. Jones.
