Kaikorai.—Mrs Hanna presided. Readings from League of Mothers magazines illustrating women’s work in the world were given by Mesdamcs Billing, Hinde, and McCrostie. A vocal duet by Mesdanies McCrostie and Dawson was much appreciated. Mrs Masterton was the accompanist. The thought, contributed by Mrs Baker, was. ” Nothing before, nothing behind —the steps of faith fall on the seeming void and find the rock beneath.”

Maori Hill. —Mrs F. W. Robinson presided. Songs by Miss Peggy Baker and also by the Glee Circle were much enjoyed. Mrs J. Dixon was the accompanist. A helpful thought was brought by Mrs R. Olivers. An interesting address was given by the Rev. Mr Dodds, a returned padre from the present war, who paid a tribute to the wonderful spirit of the people of Britain, and also to the Greek people.
