CANADIAN LABOUR CONGRESS
FOREIGN POLICY APPROVED (Rec. 7 p.m.) OTTAWA, Oct. 22. The annual meeting of the Canadian Congress of Labour has approved the following foreign policy:—First, all possible efforts to achieve early victory; secondly, promotion of international co-operation among peace-loving nations; thirdly, promotion of unrestricted trade and economic co-opera-tion; fourthly, Canadian membership in the Pan-American union; fifthly, stronger relations between Canada and Russia', with a pact similar to that between Britain and Russia.
