NEW COMMAND

ALLIED AIRBORNE ARMY (Rec. 9.15 p.m.) RUGBY, Aug. 26. The first Allied Airborne Army has been selected as the official name of the new command formed on August 10, consolidating the airborne troops under Allied Supreme Headquarters. United States, British, and Polish airborne troops are represented in the new command, which has a strength equivalent to that of any army.
