(Special) CHRISTCHURCH, Jan. 26. Riccarton trainers are interested in the racing situation on the West Coast, where three meetings are scheduled for next month. According to the latest reports from the Coast, it is expected that the railway restrictions will be lifted in time to permit the meetings to be held. While D. Cotton was at Trentham with Te Awe Awe and Some Sing, he added two new horses to his team. They are four year olds, ' Good Fun being by Nightly—Cheerful Day, and Foxchase b.v Foxbndge—Senorita. Cotton hopes to race all of them at-the Marlborough meeting. 7 One of A. Stove’s patrons has bought the three-year-old filly Qui Tam, by Solicitor General—Chidden, from Mr G. Murray Aynsley. She won a race at Riccarton on Easter Monday, but she has not raced this season.
