HEAVY FIGHTING

OPERATIONS IN 'JUGOSLAVIA RUGBY, Jan. 24. A Jugoslav report states that heavy fighting is talcing place in the OtacacSenj sector, 35 to 50 miles south-east of Fiume, where the Germans are trying to break through towards Senj, on the coast. In Western Bosnia fighting is taking place at Mrkoncgrad, 10 miles west of Jaice. In Eastern Bosnia street fighting continues in Tuzla. Partisans occupied Gracanica, 12 miles east of Doboj, and destroyed the SenjTuzla railway.
