FITZGERALD. —On January 23, at Owaka, Elizabeth Millar, beloved wife of the Jate Thomas Fitzgerald. “At rest.”— The Funeral will leave the residence of her daughter, Mrs Ibbotson, Owaka Valley, for the Owaka Cemetery, on Wednesday, at 1 pm.—T. Fraser, funeral director. GUTHRIE.—At Florida, U.S.A., on January 22, 1944, Rev. Ernest Graham Guthrie, D.D., fifth son of the late Henry Guthrie, Dunedin; aged 64 years. PLANK.—On January 23. 1944, at Auckland Hospital (result of accident), Ellen, dearly beloved wife of the late John Plank, and loved mother of Rosaline, Evan, Neil, and Cyril (overseas), of 279 Anderson's Bay road; aged 54 years.
