COAL COMPANY’S AFFAIRS

EXAMINATION OF DIRECTORS (P.A.) CHRISTCHURPH, Dec. 3. The public examination of Albert Adam Wilson and Andrew Hunter, directors of Brighton Coal Mines, Ltd. (now in liquidation), in accordance with the special procedure under the Companies Act, 1933, was concluded in the Supreme Court to-day before Mr Justice Northcroft.

The official assignee (Mr G. W. Brown) filed a lengthy schedule of allegations against the two directors, A. A. Wilson and Andrew Hunter, with respect to the promotion or formation of the company, and their conduct and dealings as directors and officials of the company.
