COMMUNITY SING
There will be special attractions at the weekly community sing in the Strand Theatre to-morrow. The committee has received a donation of an attractive handmade hearth rug worked by a woman 87 years of ago, and this will be offered at auction during the sing. Mrs John McFarlanc will contribute vocal solos, including “ For Ever and n Day,” " Last Time I Saw Paris.” and ” That’s All." The community singing will be conducted by Mr H. P. Desmoulins, and Mr A. Pettitt will be the accompanist. Goods arc required for ihe stall conducted by Mrs Mclntyre, and donations may bo left with Mr J. F. Himburg. the secretary, care of Messrs Chas. Begg and Co,
