PRIVATE CARS IN BRAZIL
NO PETROL ALLOWANCE RIO DE JANEIRO. (Rec, 7 p.m.) July 14. The strictest petrol rationing so far attempted will become effective on July 15 when private cars must remain in garages. Only Government, municipal and police officials and diplomats will be permitted to operate cars. A limited number of taxis, trucks and buses will operate on a small daily ration.
