CHIEF IN JUGOSLAVIA TERRIBLE REPRISALS RUGBY, July 14. According to information reaching Jugoslav headouarters in London, Major Helm has been assassinated. Major Helm, who was chief of the Gestapo in Jugoslavia, was shot while walking along the street. The reprisals were terrible. Gestapo agents fired at people walking on the main square of the capital, about 700 being killed.
