MOTOR CAR RELICENSING

POSTPONEMENT SUGGESTED (P.A.) AUCKLAND, May 13. The suggestion that the re-registra-tion of motor vehicles should be deferred for another two months was supported at a meeting of the Automobile Association (Auckland) tonight, and it was agreed to bring it before the North Island Motor Union. In a letter, a member of the association said that this coacession was due to motorists in view of the restrictions during the current period, necessitating the laying up of cars. Conditions nationally would probably be clarified if the relicensing period was extended until the spring.
