PART IN LIBERATING NATION

SLOWER RATE OF PRODUCTION (Rec. 7.45 p.m.) RUGBY, May 10. On the second anniversary of the invasion of Belgium, the Prime Minister, M. Hubert Pierlot, broadcast an address to the Belgian people. “Many of you.” he said, “ are faced with painful'decisions. but never forget that the fate of your country is at stake, and that it lies partly in your hands." M. Pierlot emphasised that the coming days will be decisive. He pointed out that the Germans relied on the industrialists and workers of the invaded countries, and in Belgium these must play their part in the liberation of their country by cutting down uroduction.
