ENEMY AIR RAIDERS

ATTACKS ON ENGLAND THE SOUTH-EAST COAST (Rec, 11 p.m.) LONDON, May 8. An official communique states: "Three small raids by enemy aircraft were made at places on the south-east coast of England on Thursday. The first was made in the. early morning, the second in the afternoon, and the third about 9 o’clock in the evening Some damage was done, and at one place there were some casualties, including a small number of people killed. Before dark R.A.F. fighters shot down an enemy bomber off the south coast.
